Leftover short ribs
With fresh bread and the leftover rice. I also had steamed purple cauliflower - which STAYED purple. I was amazed - purple vegetables usually turn green (or even worse- grey) when cooked.
Working mom, late-50s. Husband of over 25 years is The Man Of The House. Three kidlets: adult Lovely Daughter figuring out life in California, second adult daughter at the local community college, and high school kid.
