Shepherd's Pie
Made with leftover lamb and chicken, onions, mushrooms, carrots, and celeriac. A little parmesan on top of the mashed potatoes. Just exactly the right thing for a very very cold day.
Working mom, late-50s. Husband of over 25 years is The Man Of The House. Three kidlets: adult Lovely Daughter figuring out life in California, second adult daughter at the local community college, and high school kid.
