We also had fried potatoes and foccacia bread (yeah, a bit carb-heavy) and apple pie for dessert.
I had hoppin' John and greens at lunchtime :)
I got chicken thighs out of the freezer for tomorrow.
Tuesday: Pizza
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin/ham, broccoli & cheese sauce
Thursday: Steaks/burgers, baked potatoes
Friday: Cheese and crackers
Saturday: Quiches, salad
Sunday: BBQ pork sandwiches
